Before your home visit
Ready for your visit.
Wear something comfortable, set out water and a towel, and leave some room to move. Here’s what else to know before we arrive.
A quick checklist
Four things to have ready
Wear your usual workout clothes
Choose something you can move comfortably in. Keep your training shoes, water and a towel nearby.
Clear a space to train
Leave room to move around your equipment and keep the floor clear. Settle pets in another room. Check with us before buying anything for your visit.
Send the arrival details
Use the contact details in your booking confirmation to share parking, buzzer or concierge instructions, and any stairs or access needs.
Check your booking confirmation
Check your start time and visit length, complete any intake forms, and follow any instructions from your practitioner. Visits are up to 120 minutes.
If your practitioner has given you specific instructions, follow those first.
During your visit
A check-in, then training and recovery
Tell us how you’re doing
We’ll talk about your goals and how you’re feeling. Mention any injuries, health changes or questions directly to your practitioner.
Train with your physiotherapist
Your registered physiotherapist guides your workout and adjusts it to your ability, equipment and how you feel that day.
Finish with recovery
As time permits, move into recovery with your RMT or physiotherapist. Your practitioner will explain the options and ask for your consent. You can pause or decline any treatment.
